В инструкции см. последнюю страницу? Это максимум. Если полетела память - сдавать по гарантии. По симптомам похоже на это.

Проблема:
После нескольких месяцев прилежной работы перестал открывать сначала некоторые файлы: "Ошибка формата", а затем вообще все файлы из внутренней памяти. С флешки открывал файлы нормально. Далее при подключении плеера к ПК, стал долго определяться как съемный диск, после перестал открываться вообще.
Действия:
На самом аппарате выбрал "Удалить все". После довольно продолжительного раздумья, аппарат включался, но проблем это не решило. Было принято решение прошить. был скачен архив с инструкцией, прошивкой и программой для прошивки. Сам процесс шел строго по инструкции, но после завершения прошивки аппарат не запустился. После продолжительного ожидания, к̶и̶р̶п̶и̶ч̶ аппарат переподключили к ПК, но он распознался как неизвестное устройство.
Текущее состояние:
плеер не включается, при подключении к Пк распознается как неизвестное устройство (usb\vid_10d6&pid_10d6\5&11e8ac21&0&5).

Вопрос: ̶к̶а̶к̶ ̶д̶а̶л̶ь̶ш̶е̶ ̶ж̶и̶т̶ь̶ что делать с плеером, возможно ли его реанимировать?
