Windows 7 Максимальная 32-разрядная

Некоторое время назад на просторах интернета (где не помню) нашел такой драйвер и тюнер нормально работал в этой ОС!!!
Но после переустановки системы программа для просмотра PV-951N вновь не запускается и выдает ошибку: "fail to initialize hardware".
Родные драйвера (прилагаемые на диске) ничего не меняют :(

Никто сюда не заходит. Тюнер 5 лет назад снят с производства, людей которые занимались всем этим уже как три года назад уволили. Так что все. алес.
