в меню на устойстве DIGMA находишь "НАСТРОЙКИ" - "USB" и выбираешь соединенине черес ACTIVESYNC ,

подсоединяешь DIGMA к компу, он определяет ЕГО как "мобильное устройство" и запускает WINDOWS MOBILE DEVICE CENTRE, если его у тебя нет установи ActiveSync 4.5.

У меня под Вин 7 автоматически определяется.
Можно в родной оболочке выбрать режим: Актив Синк или Сторэдж. Работает без нареканий.
