2 недели бился над траблой почему же планшет не хочет видеть сеть с ноута, оказалось что андроид видит только access point. А решение было совсем простое, на просторах инета нашел софтину под названием Connectify, прога робит только под windows 7. Ну с настройкой сети там все просто, объяснять не буду.

Покопавшесь в куче статей нашел еще ручной вариант настроки сети(вроде под ХР катит):
1. Через командную строку создать точку доступа к Wi-Fi: netsh wlan set hostednetwork mode=allow ssid="Название точки" key="Пароль" keyUsage=persistent
2. И затем запустить эту точку следующей командой: netsh wlan start hostednetwork
3. Расшарить инет.

Вот и все на вашем планшете халявный инет по wifi
