DVB-S PCI тюнер Acorp TV878DS PCI проблема

Подарили мне устройство DVB-S PCI тюнер Acorp TV878DS PCI. Установка прошла нормально всё встало ровно без каких либо проблем. Подключил тарелку (по инструкции) начал настраивать, использовал несколько программ одновременно. После некоторого времени базовая программа Acorp выдала ошибку "Недостаточно питания" и отключилась! После этого перестала запускаться. Перезагрузил комп залез в диспетчер устройств и обнаружил там DW engine_V2001 "Запуск этого устройства невозможен. (Код 10)". Пробовал переустановить драйвера, не помогает. Пробовал воткнуть на другой комп с Windows 7 проблема та-же. Может кто скажет что случилось и как это лечится. Читал тут на форуме про "перешить EEPROM" или просто тупо в утиль?
